DETOX
Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system with gentle massaging strokes. This delicalte technique eliminates waste, toxins, excess fluid and bacteria from the body via the lymphatic system. The effects are numerous and include general benefits to the nervous and muscular systems. MLD is a great addition to other detox measures, as it encourages fluid flow in the connective tissues. It also promotes detoxification, facilitate healing and supports the immune system.
A MUST for Pre and Post surgery. It helps reduce inflammation and scarring while increasing the healing time.

Cupping Massage
Cupping is an ancient method of creating a vacuum by applying suction to the skin. This relieves stagnation and is used for releasing toxins, pain, tension and stress from the body.
