Kimberly has been steering her clients in the direction of health and wellness  for more than 10 years teaching them to be aware of their physical, emotional and mental state during recovery from accidents and injuries.  Her background in Clinical Laboratory Sciences  and personal experience with these has granted her an increased understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal.  Through her coaching, she shares her knowledge and experiences with clients so they too can be empowered to wellness.
