Our Vitality Initiative Programs (V.I.P.) are our way of preventing illness and  promoting wellness, in addition to healing.  They are designed for people making health and wellness a priority!  Regardless of whether you are a weekend warrior, an athlete, a senior, a care-giver, or someone in chronic pain; anyone interested in pain relief, stress reduction, overall wellness and a better quality of life is a candidate for our Wellness Programs.
  • Ouf  V.I.P. members enjoy the benefits of reduced stress, pain, tension and soreness along with increased vitality, energy and mobility through weekly sessions.
  • Memberships are based on 4 weeks of pre-payment  made with the first session
  • By paying in advance, you select the day and time of your weekly appointment.
  • Appointments are made on a consecutive weekly basis for your convenience.
