Exercise Without Movement is a series of yogic practices with benefits exceeding ordinary muscular movement. They are subtle exercises that vitalize muscles, senses, nervous system, and mind. Exercise Without Movement is a systematic method; allowing the practitioner to travel along the pathways of action, from mind to muscle. The process is carefully observed, and the health of each link in the process is promoted. Now you can feel better without straining muscles or hurting recent or previous injuries.
John A. Reaves will be teaching Yoga in the Himalayan Tradition; an authentic living meditative tradition that dates back more than 7000 years. John, himself receives the training and blessings from his Master, Yogarishi Deolal Mahabir, a direct disciple of Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas.
